Pd/C catalyst was prepared by a hydrogen reduction method and used for making a Pd/C gas-diffusion electrode. It was fully characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and cyclic voltammetry (CV).
