To better know the presentation and outcome of pancreatic adenocarcinoma in patients above 75 years of age.Retrospective analysis of consecutive patients with a pancreatic adenocarcinoma seen in the Comprehensive Cancer Center of Marseille between January 2002 and January 2012 was used.During these 10 years, 129 patients older than 75 years of age were seen, 61 females and 68 males, median age 78.
