To evaluate the nature and frequency of medication errors resulting from the use of a computerized provider order-entry (CPOE) system in a pediatric department.We conducted a retrospective study to examine errors related to computerized orders using the software Pharma® (Computer Engineering, France) in pediatric department between 31/05/2015 to 01/12/2015.
