Soft tissue sarcomas are malignant tumors derived from mesenchymal tissues and ectodermal neural tissues, with wide distribution and multi subtypes. Traditional treatment method of soft tissue sarcomas includes surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The treatment aims to control primary tumors and prevent the transfer of tumors. At present, molecular targeted drugs obtain positive effects in the treatment of common cancers such like non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, etc. Targeted therapeutic strategies suddenly become a new ifeld of cancer treatment. Antitumor drugs inhibit tumor growth by retarding tumor cell proliferation with the interference of tumor development and specific protein essential for the growth. Tumor-targeting drugs have fewer side effects and well tolerance. Currently, there are a variety of targeted drugs used in soft tissue sarcoma treatment.
