Osteosarcoma often occurs around the knee, especially in the distal femur and the proximal tibia. With the progress of chemotherapy and imaging technology and the promotion of limb salvage treatment, limb salvage procedure with neoadjuvant chemotherapy is the priority for the management of osteosarcoma around the knee.
