Background:Duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resections (DPPHR) for benign,cystic neoplasms and neuroendocrine adenomas are alternative treatment principles to pancreatoduodenectomy.Methods:Pubmed,Embase,and Cochrane Libraries were searched for studies reporting results following duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection.
