Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) is frequently performed in patients with suspected ocular sarcoidosis. This study describes the immunogenetical, immunological, radiological, and functional features of a subclinical alveolar lymphocytosis unrelated to sarcoidosis in patients with chronic uveitis.
