People complete most activities in standing or weight-bearing position. Imaging examination in weight-bearing position may demonstrate the real physiological state of diseases, and its clinical application has made signiifcant progress. This review summarizes the recent progress of the whole body X-ray imaging, CT scanning, and magnetic resonance imaging in weight-bearing position.
